Power Plan Guidelines for Use


Each productís label has a recommended daily dosage. When you purchase all products in a Power Plan, it is not necessary to always take each productís recommended full dosage. There is a synergy between the Planís products; therefore, taking smaller dosages of each is appropriate. For example, if a product label suggests a dosage of 6 capsules per day, we recommend starting with or maintaining a dosage of 2 to 4 capsules per day. A good rule of thumb is to listen to your body. Take your products consistently but in amounts that are comfortable and that feel effective. When in doubt, start with smaller amounts.



We recommend staying on a Power Plan for 1 to 3 months. Keep in mind, the Power Plan is tailored to address not only your immediate concern but to provide balance for the whole body and move it upward in health. When you are seeing success in your area of concern, it may be time to reevaluate what other areas you would like to address. If you are not satisfied with a Power Planís results after 1 to 3 months, try rotating to another Power Plan and re-evaluating your diet, amount of daily exercise, and water intake.

If desired, you may experiment combining items from different Power Plans. If you have more than one major concern, it is okay to blend items from 2 or 3 Power Plans, but try not to exceed taking 6 to 8 items at one time. It is not necessary for most people to take larger programs than this, especially when including a homeopathic and essential oil (Power Bath), due to the enhanced synergy they create.
