Components of a Power Plan

The top 3 products are designed to work together to target the specified concern from multiple angles, thereby providing the most thorough support. When there exists more than three products that support the concern, there will be a "See Additional Products" link at the bottom of the Power Plan. You may substitute any of these additional products with the Top-3, according to your preferences.

Vitamins are organic compounds necessary for the normal functioning and maintenance of the body.

Super foods are foods found in nature that pack a high nutritional punch to daily health. Bee pollen, spirulina, wheat grass, and green juice powders are good examples.

Minerals are inorganic compounds needed for a body's growth processes and regulation. Nature's Sunshine minerals are chelated for maximum absorption.

Antioxidants are substances that protect your body by neutralizing free radicals (toxins) that cause damage to cells and tissues. Antioxidants promote longevity, anti-aging, and rejuvenation, and are helpful after exercise. When listed in your Power Plan, the antioxidant is the component that adds a good measure of protection to the corresponding body system where your concern is found.

Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine that uses very small doses of natural substances that stimulate the immune system and temporarily relieve symptoms of minor illnesses or injuries. For example, a homeopathic for viral recovery is formulated to stimulate the body's immunity in such a way as to specifically achieve this goal.

Nature's Sunshine's homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, gentle, and are highly esteemed for their abilities to break chronic or difficult patterns as well as enhance the effectiveness of an herbal program. In your Power Plan, the recommended homeopathic is an alternative approach to your concern that may accelerate the program's results.

Homeopathic Guidelines: Take at least 30 minutes before or after ingesting food or beverages or brushing one's teeth. Place the drops beneath the tongue for quicker absorption. Once symptoms diminish, you may discontinue use of the homeopathic. Homeopathic remedies are not recommended for use during pregnancy.

These are powerful, detoxifying, and relaxing tub baths that include up to 20 drops of essential oils mixed with 1 cup of Epsom salts (available for purchase at any drugstore).

Guidelines: Premix up to 10 to 20 drops total of selected oils into the Epsom salts. Add the mixture to the bath after tub is full so that the oils do not prematurely evaporate.Enter immediately and soak for 16 to 18 minutes, keeping the neck, torso, and feet submerged to the best of your ability. The back of the head should be submerged if brain and nerve concerns are a focus of the Power Plan. Do not add soaps or shampoos to bath water. Drink at least two cups of water before or after your bath. We recommend a Power Bath no more than once or twice a week to powerfully assist detoxification and ease symptoms of over-activity in the body. The ideal time of day to do a Power Bath or mini-soak is after 8 pm, when the body is in its cleansing cycle.

Note: If a bathtub is not available, mini-soaks may be done using the hands and feet. Hand soaks tend to address issues of the head, neck, chest, and central zones of the body. Foot soaks tend to address issues of the central, pelvic, and legs zones. Use 2 Tbsp of Epsom salts and 7 to 8 drops of oil in a mini-soak, and soak for a maximum of 7 to 8 minutes. Mini-soaks can be done 3 to 4 days in a row with a rest break of 1 to 2 weeks in between.
